The Shift Leader is responsible for effectively leading the team during specific periods of trade and motivating and engaging the team on shift, by championing our food safety and food quality standards. You will be leading the team through busy service periods, crew training and proactively improving guest experience.

We appreciate experience comes in many shapes and sizes, what we mean specifically is;

  • Experience leading or supervising a team within a busy environment
  • Experience delivering exceptional customer service
  • Completed or willingness to complete Food Safety Supervisor certificate
  • Completed or willingness to undertake Responsible Service of Alcohol course

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Have general knowledge and able to work with computers and programs (Google, email, documents, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, manufacturing systems).
  • Willingness to act as an additional manufacturing resource by taking a hands-on approach to day-to-day production activities.
  • Must regard safety as a core value’ must serve as a role model for other employees and encourage and adherence to safety practices, policies and procedures.
  • Must be able to actively contribute in a team-based environment, encourage open communication and positive interaction with peers and management to effectively reach a common goal.
  • Must have a strong service and quality focus, be able to address issues effectively when problems arise, and take initiative to understand root cause then communicate/educate team in a timely manner.
  • Must have demonstrated record of flexibility and dependability in order to support production and customer focus.
  • Must have a strong detail orientation and be able to follow written and oral instructions.
  • Must be able to lift/push/pull up to 50lbs.
  • Willingness to participate in additional training (On/off Site) as needed.
