Shift Supervisor – Lead the Charge at Our First LA Location!
Location: Studio City – Our First Restaurant in Los Angeles!

Your Role:

Local Kitchens is officially landing in LA, and we need strong leaders to help bring our first-ever Studio City location to life. As a Shift Supervisor, you’ll be the driving force behind smooth operations, a motivated team, and happy guests. Whether you’re leading pre-shift meetings, solving challenges on the fly, or ensuring top-tier food quality, you’ll be the backbone of the restaurant during your shift. What You’ll Do:

• Lead and inspire the team to deliver exceptional service and food quality.

• Keep the energy high during pre-shift meetings and ensure the team is set up for success.

• Solve guest concerns with confidence while keeping the restaurant’s welcoming vibe intact.

• Oversee food prep, inventory, and cleanliness to maintain seamless operations.

• Train and develop team members, adapting to different learning styles.

What We’re Looking For:

• A natural leader with at least one year of supervisory experience.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to stay cool under pressure.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Solid understanding of food safety and quality standards.

• The ability to handle guest concerns and resolve issues with professionalism.
