OverviewResponsible for working with administrative and direct services in developing and implementing emergency shelter services, i.e. crisis intervention, crisis counseling, intakes, assessments, orientations and cooperative living agreements.
Position Details:
Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma or GED or equivalent life experience.
Experience: Educational experience in human services or equivalent life experiences. Prefer knowledge and/or experience with residential care settings.
Prefer knowledge and/or experience in crisis intervention and/or crisis counseling.
Other: Strong household management capabilities.
Ability to work rotating shifts
Ability to work extended hours as needed.
Ability to lift and push 50 pounds.
Basic computer skills.
Preferred Experience: Prefer knowledge and/or experience with residential care settings.
Prefer knowledge and/or experience in crisis intervention and/or crisis counseling.
Preferred Certifications:
Preferred Other: Bilingual preferred.
Valid driver's license preferred.
