The SharePoint Developer performs design, programming, documentation, and implementation of applications that require knowledge of information systems for effective development and deployment of web, social, and digital projects. Demonstrates SharePoint knowledge. Provides technical support to meet specific needs.


This is a contingent position. Hiring for this role is dependent upon LMD Agency being awarded the associated government contract and receiving authorization to proceed.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and maintain a consolidated content library for artifacts and communications materials on SharePoint.
  • Provide edits, updates, and corrections to web content via the approved web publishing process.
  • Manage libraries on SharePoint to include content management and permissions to facilitate access to communications products and tools by employees.
  • Develop workflows and databases in SharePoint to facilitate processes and coordination requirements for leadership (i.e., creating an executive dashboard to track program activities).

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Currently holds, or is able to obtain, DHS Fitness Determination.
  • BS/BA in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience designing, developing, and managing SharePoint sites, workflows, lists, libraries, and permissions.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint-related issues, including user access, performance, and integration problems.
  • Understanding of SharePoint security, governance, and compliance policies.
  • Knowledge of Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI for process automation and data visualization.
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SharePoint Framework (SPFx) for customization and development.
  • Strong knowledge of SharePoint Designer, InfoPath, and Microsoft Team integration.
  • Familiarity with SQL Server, Microsoft PowerShell, and Active Directory for SharePoint administration.
  • Ability to effectively communicate technical information in a clear and concise manner tonon-technical audiences.
