• Manage all local financial operations, including accounting, statutory reporting, and tax compliance.
• Ensure full compliance with Thai regulations, company policies, and internal control procedures.
• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for local management, HQ, and the Group.
• Lead the transition of all payment processes to the GBS Payments Hub, and act as the local focal point for governance, approvals, and escalations postmigration.
• Monitor GBS performance, ensure SLA adherence, and maintain strong segregation of duties.
• Support financial planning and analysis, including budget, forecast, and monitoring results vs. budget.
• Conduct the company’s monthly profitability analysis, including insights by product line and customer segment.
• Oversee cash flow management and support internal and external audits.
• Report irregularities or suspected fraud and maintain ongoing communication with HQ on compliance and risk topics.
