Main responsibilities:

Assists the workshop supervisor in ensuring the implementation of work instructions

Supports the company program/projects/activities related to 5S and Safety of the people

Undertakes a proactive analysis, of daily shift result in control of process parameters and other production related activities.

Controls the KPIs for the shift: quality of the products, labor and machine productivity, material consumption, general expenses, flow, HSE.

Arranges schedule by organizing team members and contact person if there's a need to render overtime.

Interacts with operators to ensure trust, respect & positive attitude on the shop floor.

Leads/facilitates daily production/toolbox meetings with operators.

Main requirements:

At least college graduate

With experience in handling people

With experience in a manufacturing set-up 

Basic knowledge in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
