Mandatory local laws shall also prevail. Coordinates daily logistics, transportation, and customer service activities to support timely order processing, shipment execution, and issue resolution. Processes shipment, order, and service records in applicable systems to maintain accurate transaction data, tracking visibility, and operational documentation. Monitors workflow, shared queues, and service activity to support balanced task allocation, timely follow-up, and continuity of operations. Coordinates transportation and fleet administration activities, including maintenance scheduling, vehicle record tracking, title administration, and renewal monitoring, where applicable. Communicates with internal stakeholders, customers, carriers, and service providers to support status updates, documentation needs, and resolution of routine operational issues. Compiles and maintains operational reports, service metrics, and key performance indicators to support tracking, client reporting, and process visibility. Provides day-to-day guidance, onboarding support, and procedural assistance to assigned staff to promote consistent execution of established work practices.

High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required. Associate's degree in logistics, supply chain, transportation, business administration, operations, or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred. 3+ years of experience in logistics operations, transportation administration, fleet coordination, customer service operations, order management, or a related field required. Certification in Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), Certified Logistics, Transportation and Distribution (CLTD), Certified in Planning and Inventory Management (CPIM), or equivalent certification preferred.
