Main Responsibilities

1. Prepare daily reports on ship operations, including cargo receiving activities on board.

2. Report operational issues or irregularities during shipping activities.

3. Review and verify operational documents (delivery documents, invoices, supporting files).

4. Optimize resource utilization and update ship positions regularly.

5. Provide daily updates to stakeholders on ship activities, personnel, and fleet or refinery changes.

6. Perform mooring activities and operate mooring equipment as instructed.

7. Maintain cleanliness and perform basic maintenance of mooring equipment, dock areas, LNG jetty, and navigation buoys.

8. Demonstrate proper marine rope knot techniques.

9. Participate in marine oil spill response and offshore cleanup.

10. Support marine emergency response activities as needed.

11. Assist with hand-carry luggage handling during passenger transfers.

General Responsibilities

1. Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area.

2. Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.

3. Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.

4. Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school graduate (SMA/SMK) with at least 2 years of experience as a mooring gang.
• Valid Sea Survival Certificate and BST License/Certificate.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
