Job Description:

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

✅ Minimum 3+ years of experience in JavaScript and ServiceNow platform
✅ Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP web services
✅ Strong English communication skills
✅ Ability to collaborate effectively within SCRUM/Agile teams
✅ Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
✅ Ability to work independently and within global teams
✅ Solid understanding of ServiceNow modules (Service Catalog, Incident, Change, etc.)
✅ Experience with ServiceNow scripting, forms, tables, and navigation

✨ ServiceNow Administration training/certification
✨ Experience working with JSON
✨ Knowledge of Problem Management, Asset Management, CMDB
