ServiceNow Team Lead provides senior leadership for enterprise ITSM and ITOM capabilities. This role leads ServiceNow operations and enhancements, and enterprise monitoring, to ensure 24x7x365 availability, rapid incident response, and SLA compliance. Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust is required. An active Public Trust and/or DHS suitability is preferred. Must be a U.S. Citizen without dual citizenship.
