Responsibilities:

• Service, repair, and overhaul of mechanical seals, pumps, and rotating equipment. 

• Conduct inspections, testing, and failure analysis to identify technical issues. 

• Perform field service, troubleshooting, and maintenance at customer sites. 

• Prepare service reports and technical documentation. 

• Support customer visits, equipment surveys, and technical evaluations. 

• Manage spare parts, tools, inventory, and warehouse activities. 

• Coordinate shipping, receiving, and logistics for equipment and components. 

• Work actively with ERP system for transactions, inventory accuracy or annual stock taking 

• Maintain workshop equipment, measuring instruments and calibration records 

Qualifications:

• Technical education in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field. 

• Experience in servicing pumps, mechanical seals, or rotating equipment is an advantage 

• Ability to read technical drawings and engineering documentation. 

• Strong focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. 

• IT-skills: SAP ERP and MS Office 

• Good communication skills, English language is a plus 

• Organized, hands-on, and self-motivated working style. 

• Willingness to travel and work at customer sites when required.
