Automotive Service Technician

Pay: Flat rate with annual range of $32-$42 flat rate

Schedule: Full time, exact schedule to be discussed at interview. Monday–Friday or Tuesday–Friday options are available.

Department Hours: 7 am to 6 pm Monday-Friday, 8 am to 4 pm on Saturday, closed on Sunday.

This position is located onsite in Spokane WA and reports to the Fixed Operations Manager.

• We have a solid parts team that keeps jobs moving
• We don't micro-manage — We hire professionals and let them work

What You'll Do

• Diagnose and repair vehicles to OEM standards
• Flag hours on CP, warranty, and internal ROs
• Complete multi-point inspections and video walkarounds
• Road-test vehicles to verify quality of work
• Stay current on required OEM and Mopar training
• Maintain a clean and organized stall

What You'll Bring

• Minimum 3 year of professional technician experience
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Your own tools and toolbox
• Desire to produce and be part of a high-output team
• Mopar or ASE certifications are a plus (but not required)

Total Rewards

Flat rate pay range for this role is $32-$42 per flagged hour. This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
