Unlock your potential with Cimcorp! We’re looking for a dynamic Service Technician to join our Customer Support team. Dive into the world of cutting-edge automation systems and become the key technical point of contact for our valued clients.

Our team of expert Service Specialists operates globally and in Finland, we’re excited to expand our presence with a dedicated technician stationed near Helsinki. You’ll not only anchor our on-site support functions but also journey across Finland and beyond, ensuring our automation systems are functioning flawlessly.

Your work would include

•   On-site support functions at our customer’s premises near Helsinki

•   Inspection and maintenance visits to other customers’ sites in Finland and  abroad

•   Reporting the performed maintenance activities and additional maintenance needs to 

    Cimcorp and customer

•   Maintenance of the customer relationship

•   Identifying additional maintenance needs

Your path to professional excellence

•   Technician with background in mechanical or electrical field

•   Vocational training in automation or mechatronics is a great advantage

•   Good English and Finnish language skills

•   Understanding the customer perspective

•   Possibility to travel in Finland and abroad
