Job description

Ecolab is seeking a Technical Technician Supervisor to join its PPC Division Service Team, based at our Thiais (94), France office.

In this role, you will be responsible for supervising on-site service activities and leading a team of technicians, ensuring that all Ecolab processes, safety standards, and quality requirements are respected while delivering high levels of customer satisfaction. You will work closely with Scheduling, Training, Engineering, and Quality teams to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service delivery.

The role combines field and office responsibilities, with a standard split of 60% on-site / 40% office, adaptable depending on workload and operational priorities.

 

How you'll make an impact:

  • Supervise and coordinate the Service Team in France and Central Europe (7 engineers)

  • Ensure full compliance with Ecolab Safety, Quality, and GMP standards

  • Optimize service planning in close collaboration with the Scheduling team

  • Monitor service performance through KPIs and drive continuous improvement

  • Support customer meetings, manage queries, and ensure customer satisfaction

  • Oversee on-site activities including equipment installation, preventive and corrective maintenance

  • Ensure proper preparation and compliance of all service interventions

 

Qualifications:

  • Technical background (electronics, industrial maintenance, engineering, or similar)

  • Strong technical knowledge in pneumatics, electrical systems, and IT

  • Ideally proven experience supervising and organizing technical or operational teams

  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

  • Comfortable using IT tools (Microsoft Office, Dynamics, etc.)

  • Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken

  • Experience in cleanroom or GMP environments is a plus
