Job Summary:

Supermicro is seeking a Service Program Manager to join our Global Service team. In this role, you will lead pre-launch service readiness approvals, build APAC service cost models, and ensure contract and entitlement accuracy for AI/HPC and liquid cooling solutions. You will collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Logistics to manage PR/PO workflows and optimize service execution.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage pre-launch service readiness approval to ensure service capability, cost structure, and operational feasibility are validated before product/service rollout.
  • Support Service Gate decisions by validating service cost, entitlement, and commercial feasibility.
  • Develop and maintain service cost rate models (labor, parts, logistics) across APAC regions.
  • Oversee service renewal process, including contract validation and entitlement updates in systems.
  • Manage PR/PO processes for service enablement.
  • Ensure contract and entitlement accuracy to prevent unsupported service commitments.
  • Support lifecycle service programs with cost planning and financial tracking.
  • Provide financial support for deployment projects, including AI/HPC and liquid cooling environments.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Service, Finance, and Logistics to ensure alignment on pricing and execution readiness.
  • Maintain governance records and documentation to support compliance and audit requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3–7 years of experience in business operations, service operations, or financial analysis.
  • Strong understanding of service models and SLA structures (e.g., onsite support, response-time-based services) is preferred.
  • Experience in cost modeling, pricing, and financial analysis.
  • Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and data analysis tools (Excel).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail capabilities.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, multi-country environment.
  • Good communication skills in English; additional APAC language is a plus.
  • Preferred experience in data center, HPC, AI, or liquid cooling service environments.
  • Knowledge of ITIL/ISO processes is a plus.
