We're looking for dedicated and skilled Service Plumbers to join our team, serving Dallas and the surrounding cities. If you're a licensed plumber with a strong work ethic and a commitment to quality, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Performing plumbing repairs for our clients throughout the DFW metroplex.
• Handling some light residential plumbing tasks.
• Assisting with small finish-out projects.
• Working independently to diagnose and resolve plumbing issues efficiently.
• Maintaining clear communication with dispatch, your manager, and our parts and installation teams.
• Keeping your company truck clean, organized, and adequately stocked with up-to-date inventory.
• Accurately completing all required paperwork.
• Participating in our on-call rotation as needed.
• Maintaining a clean and professional appearance at all times.
• Engaging in ongoing training to foster your professional growth and development.

Qualifications

• Plumbing License: Must possess a valid plumbing license (Journeyman or higher preferred) to perform service work in Texas.
• Experience: 2-5 years of plumbing experience preferred, with a focus on service work.
• Driver's License: A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
• Background: Must be able to pass a clean background check.
• Work Ethic: Dependable, reliable, and able to work independently.
• Interpersonal Skills: People-oriented with excellent communication skills.
• Stress Tolerance: Able to thrive in a high-pressure environment.
