Liquid Personnel is recruiting on behalf of its client for a passionate and experienced Service Manager to lead a well-established brain injury rehabilitation and complex care unit in Ipswich. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic leader committed to driving quality in complex care settings.

Qualifications & Experience:

To be successful in this role you must have, 

  • Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
  • 5+ years managing registered care homes
  • Strong knowledge of CQC regulations
  • Experience with complex medical needs
  • Valid UK driving licence
