Job Duties
- Under broad direction, coordinates and overseas GeoBalance Applications operations at the well site and base camp.
- Provides the planning necessary for the job including personnel, equipment set up, well site direction and customer-related support.
- Must be able to communicate with other PSL's and third parties to ensure tool and well site activity compatibility.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills required.
- Mentors and trains lower level personnel in areas of expertise.
- Interacts will customers and supervises the activities of completion of services and/or shop personnel to exceed customer requirements.
- Job emphasis is on personnel development, operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Contacts customer for performance follow-up and to plan future work.
- Skills are acquired through completion of a high school education or similar education and 9 years' experience in oil field drilling activities including 6 years of under balanced drilling and/or managed pressure drilling.
