Service Center Coordinator (Estimator)

• The overall goal of this post is to work together with other CCCoordinator and Technical Officer on a managed time
• Check Technicians' attendance and ensure their proper and timely dispatchbased on schedule. Otherwise make immediate adjustment. Notify concerned Department as soon as possible for action being taken
• Receive and check repaired items from Production (tanks)
• Receive and check spare-parts issued by FS based on picklist or FSIS
• Mark them on the FR for identification of SCC if parts are complete perFR/FSR/ticket for scheduling purposes
• Label all parts and store them in parts storage area for issue based onTechnicians' schedule
• Check/call Field work Technicians if accomplished job is according to schedule
• Perform other functions as deemed necessary
• Inter-departmentalcoordination to see through from survey request, execution andaccomplishment including pricing, materials and customercommunication

a.Receive request for survey from Sales (outlet/Dealer)

b.Plan and schedule surveys

c.Gather information from surveyors, draft BOM and send it togetherwith MPI, and come up with production recommendation options forapproval

d.Process pricing and quotation to customers

e.Ensure complete materials availability in line with planned jobsiteschedule

Essential:

• Graduate of Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or any equivalent/technical course
• With background in survey and material proposal and cost estimation
• With knowledge on water supply system is desirable but not required

Desirable:

• Previous experience of customer invoicing
• Exposure to manufacturing and/or engineering environment
• Previous experience in customer service
• Exposure to ticketing systems and financial transaction processes
