(Service BU) Product Manager

We are looking for a Product Manager.

Responsibilities / Tasks

In the role of Product Manager for the Service BU, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and continuously improving our service product portfolio. You will act as the bridge between customers, sales, engineering, and service operations to ensure our service offerings deliver maximum value, competitiveness, and profitability.

Roles and responsibilities

• Define and execute the service product strategy incl. roadmap

• Develop innovative service offerings.

• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings.

• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Operations, and R&D.

• Drive strategies, business cases, and profitability analysis.

• Support go-to-market activities such as launches and training.

• Monitor KPIs and improve service performance and customer satisfaction.

Your Profile / Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.

• 3–7+ years’ experience in Product Management and Service business.

• Strong understanding of service business models.

• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
