Service Administrator

For our Traction Power System site in Prague, we are looking for Service Administrator.

In this role you will perform the following tasks:

• Preparation of commercial spare-part offers
• Identification of spare parts (engineering and electrotechnical components, etc.)
• Research of items/material in ERP data base
• Communication with customers worldwide
• Update of opportunities in CRM
• Collaboration with Sales Managers, Logistics and Sales Assistants

Requirements

• High school or university education preferably in technical field
• Active knowledge of English (mandatory)
• Knowledge of some ERP system
• Reliability, precision, flexibility, independence
• Strong communication skills, a proactive personality, initiative, and self-reliance
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Excellent analytical skills
