Service Account Specialist - Billing - BSS Cleveland, OH, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM As a Billing Service Specialist, you will be responsible for representing Quest Diagnostics to our clients in a professional manner. Territory will cover mainly Northeastern Ohio and Southwestern PA (mainly Pittsburgh and Monroeville). This role will streamline, improve and enhance the billing experience for physicians, office staff and patients through education while reducing revenue loss, denials and bad debt for Quest. The Billing Service Specialist will be required to work in the field (outside an office) at least 70% of the time and primarily in the state of Pennsylvania, visiting 6-8 clients in a day with one day per week for office work.
