Air Liquide started its operations in Poland in 1995 and currently has more than 420 employees. Since then, we have become a key manufacturer and distributor of industrial, food, specialty and medical gases, steadily increasing our share of the Polish market

Seppic is a French company and part of the Air Liquide Healthcare group. For over 75 years, Seppic has been developing, manufacturing, and marketing specialty ingredients for the cosmetic, pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, veterinary, and industrial sectors.
The Seppic office in Poland, managed by Air Liquide, is located in the heart of Warsaw. The thriving, six-person team, made up of people with passion and experience, is responsible for the development and support of the business related to the sale of Seppic ingredients in the Polish cosmetic, pharmaceutical, and dietary supplement markets.
We are looking for a candidate for the position of Business Development Manager.
Seppic has been present on the Polish market for over 20 years. Our Warsaw office, managed by Air Liquide in the city center, is responsible for the local promotion of Seppic ingredients. The Polish beauty care and dietary supplements market is dynamic and offers great growth potential, especially thanks to Seppic’s focused portfolio of unique and innovative ingredient portfolios for diverse skin and health applications.
Fixed-term contract: 18 months


 

Responsabilities include :

Maintaining relationships with and caring for the needs of our clients, through technical support for R&D departments in their daily work, as well as close cooperation with purchasing departments.

Active acquisition of new clients

Promoting the Seppic portfolio during meetings, trade fairs, and webinars

Preparing the annual budget, monitoring results and projects, and reporting one's activity in our CRM system

Identifying market trends in order to define appropriate marketing actions for implementation

Reporting to the supervisor (Regional Director Germany and Central and Eastern Europe)

Local coordination of marketing activities for Seppic products in the dietary supplement (nutrition) and cosmetics markets, involving close cooperation with local and global teams.

The main responsibilities include organizing local events and industry trade fairs, as well as implementing local marketing initiatives in Poland, such as email campaigns

Profile:

Higher education (preferred fields: chemistry, biology, cosmetology, medical)

Fluent in English and Polish

Willingness to travel regularly

Independence, curiosity, creativity
