SEO Specialist

iScale Solutions works with technology companies to effectively scale their development, support and operations processes.

• Monitor the performance metrics daily and take actions to improve our search performance on a global scale.
  
• Participate in the optimization of the sites structure, working in tandem with our UX experts, our content strategists and our tech team.
  
• Identify growth opportunity in terms of site infrastructure, keywords and on page factors.
  
• Document, specify strategies and design and lead experiments to achieve your goals.
  
• Analyze our competitors and benchmark them to surpass them.
• Optimize our internal linking structure to maximize our rankings across our rankings portfolio.
  
• Own our SEO efforts and lead our organic growth.
  

• 5+ years of in-house SEO work experience with an industry leading website.
• Advanced skill with Excel, and other analytical tools.
• Able to adjust html templates.
• Exposure to SQL, other coding languages strongly desired.
• Statistical background is a plus.
• Demonstrable track record of business results through SEO.
  
• Coming from an online travel company is a big PLUS!

You will work mainly with our Tech team based in Manila, Philippines, whether on site, or remotely.

We have offices in Tokyo, Manila, Kuala Lumpur, Amsterdam and Paris. But you can work from anywhere in the world as long as you deliver.
