SEO Specialist

GrowthAssistant is looking for an SEO Specialist for our growth marketing team. This teammate manages SEO strategies by conducting keyword research, optimizing onsite content, and implementing backlinking and local SEO tactics. Drive traffic and engagement through blog management, social media activity, and community interactions on platforms like Reddit.

Salary Range: 45,000 - 80,000

Core Tasks:

• Conduct keyword research and monitor keyword performance using tools like AHREFS or SEMrush.
• Plan and execute onsite optimization strategies for improved search rankings.
• Set up and manage blog posts on the company website and external websites for backlinking and traffic generation.
• Implement local SEO strategies to improve visibility in target regions.
• Research and execute backlinking opportunities, including exchanging blogs with other sites.
• Post and engage on platforms like Reddit to drive traffic and build community presence.
• Maintain and post regularly on social media channels to support SEO efforts.

Must Have:

• 2+ years of experience in SEO and content marketing.
• Proficiency with SEO tools such as AHREFS, SEMrush, or similar.
• Experience with keyword research, onsite optimization, and local SEO strategies.
• Familiarity with content creation, blog management, and backlinking.
• Strong understanding of the US Real Estate market.
• Ability to work CST 9-5.

Nice to Have:

• Prior experience working within the real estate industry.
• Experience with managing social media alongside SEO efforts.
• Knowledge of posting and engaging on community platforms like Reddit.
• Prior experience with blog exchange programs or guest posting.
