Senior UX Designer (Specialist Product)

This role is responsible for designing intuitive and value‑driven user experiences for Avient digital platforms. This role goes beyond visual design and serves as a co-owner of user experience understanding, conducting in-depth research into user journeys, use cases, workflows, and contextual behaviours across Sales, Laboratory, and Customer touchpoints. By translating sales-customer interaction scenarios, technical requirements and capabilities into simple and engaging digital interactions, this role plays a critical part in driving value, trust and adoption of the Avient digital platforms.
