Senior Treasury Ambassador

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Treasury Ambassador to join our team. The role is responsible for driving treasury business growth by promoting and delivering a comprehensive suite of treasury products and solutions to clients.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders, relationship teams, and treasury dealers to expand client coverage, identify business opportunities, and deliver tailored treasury solutions that support clients’ financial objectives while contributing to the overall revenue targets of Treasury & Global Markets.

What You Will Be Doing

Business Growth & Client Coverage

• Drive treasury business growth through effective promotion and cross-selling of treasury products and solutions to clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Treasury clients to enhance client experience and business opportunities.
• Support licensed dealers in expanding client base and increasing product penetration.
• Provide treasury-related support and solutions to both internal and external clients.
• Act as the ground liaison officer to support client coverage activities in Sarawak.

Strategy & Sales Execution

• Support the Section Head of Regional Offices under Treasury Solutions in implementing marketing strategies to achieve team revenue targets.
• Identify market opportunities, industry trends, and potential client segments to drive business expansion.
• Develop and market treasury solutions to achieve revenue targets.
• Provide sales support to the Unit Head to maximize team performance and revenue generation.
• Drive wholesale deposit coverage and growth opportunities.
• Work collaboratively with Relationship Managers, Client Coverage, Corporate Banking, Business Banking, and Retail Banking teams to promote treasury solutions.

Stakeholder Management & Group Synergy

• Contribute to Group Treasury & Global Markets initiatives to support overall business objectives.
• Collaborate with various business units to leverage existing networks and strengthen treasury product coverage.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service to achieve strong customer satisfaction outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of experience in banking, treasury, or related fields within established financial institutions or equivalent.
• Holds a valid Persatuan Pasaran Kewangan Malaysia (PPKM) license.
• Strong understanding of treasury products, including hedging solutions, derivatives, and yield enhancement products.
• Good knowledge of treasury market trends and client solutions.
• Ability to understand business strategies and how Treasury Solutions supports overall organisational goals.
• Strong analytical, communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth, expand client relationships, and deliver business results.
