Senior technician sustaining for Tie Bar Cut process.

Job Description
In your new role you will:

• Trouble shoot on TBC equipment breakdown for both mechanical and electrical/electronics.
• Use TFM daily to monitor the equipment performance such as UD, SD, MTBA and alarm and work on the improvement.
• Sustain the equipment performance
• Support the EES engineer on spare part management.
• To perform PM activities on equipment and tooling
• Support the EES engineer in documentation and preparation during audit and customer visit
• To sustain 5s in maintenance bay and at equipment appearances.
• To ensure safety procedure and proper set up at equipment is adhered to ESH requirement
• To be able to work with minimum supervision
• To be accountable and take ownership for the equipment performance and strive for excellence.
• To proactively attend to the problem and not wait for operator or shift technician to trigger (reactive)

Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Diploma in Mechanical/ Electronic/ Mechatronic Engineering.
• Passed English & Maths in SPM level.
• 3-5 related experience in handling TBC/DBC- Trimming machine set up and repair
• Able to read mechanical drawing, do measurement with smart scope, Vernier caliper, Micro meter, must be familiar using mechanical tools
• Familiar with MS Office (Excel, Outlook)
• Able to read electrical circuit diagram.
• Able to work with minimum supervision.
