• Optimize and enhance the performance of production line equipment.
• Document the functionality of machinery and create manuals for troubleshooting and resolving process and equipment issues.
• Assist in the installation of new machinery and validate equipment and processes, including spare parts and replacements.
• Conduct regular assessments of technological equipment and processes, taking action to maintain or improve them as needed.
• Assist in spare parts procurement, inventory management, and documentation, including recording usage during repair activities.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of a preventive maintenance plan for equipment and analyze production equipment.
• Collaborate in the design and construction of assembly lines for specific products.
• Propose activities to enhance product quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Assist in the creation and upkeep of technical specifications and work instructions, ensuring adherence by production staff.
• Implement autonomous support initiatives by developing training materials and providing instruction to production staff.
• Provide support to fellow technicians as needed, according to work schedules and production demands.
• Contribute to the optimization of production processes and resource allocation.
• Actively engage and collaborate with other departments.

Requirements:

• Technical education or relevant work experience, with a demonstrated history in equipment maintenance.
• Good working level of English language and MS Office suite.
• Knowledge of machinery functionality and maintenance requirements.
• Ability to read technical drawings.
• Eagerness for ongoing skill development and a collaborative team-oriented mindset.
