Royal Ocean Marine, a leading headhunting /recruitment agencies company in the maritime industry based in Singapore, is looking for a Senior Technical Superintendent to enhance our client's operational efficiency for offshore vessels.

• Oversee the operational and technical performance of offshore fleets.
• Lead the technical team ensuring high standards in maintenance and repairs.
• Plan and manage dry-docking projects and periodic maintenance schedules.
• Ensure compliance with maritime safety regulations and environmental standards.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, owners, and vendors.
• Conduct audits and inspections for continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Review technical reports and recommend necessary actions.
• Assist in budget planning and cost control for vessel operations.

Requirements

• Degree in Marine Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in technical management of offshore vessels.
• Strong leadership abilities and experience in managing technical teams.
• Comprehensive knowledge of maritime regulations and industry standards.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively based on project requirements.
• Preferred certification as a Class 1 Marine Engineer or equivalent.
