As a Senior TPM, you will lead large, complex programs across multiple teams and systems within GPU infrastructure. You will shape strategy, influence technical direction, and scale how infrastructure programs are delivered.
What You’ll be Doing (Responsibilities)
- Lead multiple concurrent, high-impact programs across GPU infrastructure domains
- Define program strategy, scope, and success metrics aligned with company goals
- Drive cross-organizational alignment on complex initiatives (e.g., dynamic power throttling, fleet-wide provisioning, observability)
- Partner closely with engineering leadership to guide technical decisions
- Identify and resolve systemic risks and bottlenecks across programs
- Establish and improve program management frameworks and best practices
About You (Skills / Qualifications)
- 6–10+ years of experience in technical program management
- Strong background in infrastructure, distributed systems, or hardware/software systems
- Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional programs
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across organizations
- Excellent structured thinking, communication, and execution skills
The range below reflects the base salary for the position. Actual compensation may vary based on job-related factors such as skill set, experience, education, and location. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for bonus, equity, and/or commission programs. Compensation (from employer):
Salary Range — 200,000 – 280,000 USD — (<p>The range below reflects the base salary for the position. Actual compensation may vary based on job-related factors such as skill set, experience, education, and location.
