You will serve as a key liaison between technical teams, program managers, and clients, managing system configurations, addressing escalations, and mitigating risks to ensure timely, high-quality system deployments across multiple projects.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) of online systems in coordination with program managers and system technical PMs.
  • Triage and troubleshoot case escalations and inquiries effectively and autonomously answer client inquiries about system behavior and capabilities accurately
  • Acquire product-level knowledge sufficient to perform these job duties.
  • May personally make or oversee the completion of system configuration changes, in coordination with system tech PMs and following CAI production change control management processes.
  • Lead risk management activities. Work with system leads, program managers, and client personnel to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Own large-scale system deliverables involving multiple applications. Be responsible for planning, schedule, impact analysis, and deployment of these releases.
  • Ensure high-quality customer service and address and maintain frequent and proactive contact with client program managers and client-side personnel.
  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating an ability to switch contexts as needed and perform well under tight timelines.
  • Facilitate requirements-gathering meetings, including peer review sessions and status meetings with clients and other project stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 7+ years of experience or Master’s degree in a related field and 5+ years of experience
  • Strong analytical skills and a demonstrated aptitude to learn basic-level SQL are highly desired.
  • Proven ability to understand technical concepts, including data relationships, basic web application components and characteristics, and the software development lifecycle.
