We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Senior Team Manager, FX and Investment Services.

In this role you will:

• Lead and coach a team of Treasury Specialists responsible for growing FX and investment revenue across a portfolio of Singapore-based corporates with regional operations.
• Develop and execute commercial strategies to increase FX wallet share, product penetration and client acquisition through proactive engagement with existing-to-bank (ETB), new-to-bank (NTB) and prospect clients.
• Partner closely with Relationship Managers to originate FX opportunities, provide market insights and deliver tailored FX risk management, hedging and investment solutions.
• Drive adoption of HSBC's digital treasury ecosystem, including HSBC Evolve, HSBCnet and automated FX payment solutions, improving client execution efficiency and straight-through processing.
• Advise corporates on cross-border payments, restricted currencies, trapped cash, trade finance-related FX exposures and treasury best practices to support international expansion.
• Collaborate with Product, Global Markets, Transaction Banking, Legal, Compliance and Operations to develop industry-specific client strategies, strengthen product propositions and ensure regulatory compliance with MAS requirements.
• Identify opportunities to commercialize new FX capabilities and lead strategic initiatives that improve client experience, digital adoption and revenue generation.
• Work with regional stakeholders to support cross-border business opportunities and maximize FX revenue across overseas markets.

To be successful you will need:

• Strong client adviser and originator, able to identify needs and deliver solution-led sales to grow existing relationships and win new business.
• Influential stakeholder manager who builds trusted partnerships with Relationship Managers, Sector Heads and regional Global Markets teams to drive coordinated outcomes.
• Commercially astute and KPI-driven, using portfolio analysis to identify growth opportunities and execute with pace and discipline.
• Demonstrated leadership and people management skills, including coaching, performance management, team development, and leading initiatives that lift capability and results.
• Strong communicator with analytical rigor, translating market insights into actionable client solutions and clear reporting performance to senior management.
