What You'll Be Doing

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for a diverse portfolio of clients.
• Identify, source, and assess high-quality candidates across various industries.
• Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates based on client requirements.
• Build long-term partnerships with clients and provide recruitment consultation.
• Offer market intelligence, salary benchmarking, and hiring recommendations.
• Develop and maintain strong candidate pipelines.
• Achieve recruitment and business development targets.
• Mentor and support junior consultants when needed.
• Keep recruitment records and candidate databases accurate and up to date.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 4–6 years of experience in recruitment, executive search, staffing, or consultative sales.
• Excellent communication, interviewing, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong sourcing and negotiation abilities.
• Commercial mindset with a passion for delivering client success.
• Fluent English communication skills (additional languages are an advantage).
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to perform well under pressure.
