Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Bangkok team. This position is suited to professionals with a strong background in recruitment or consultative sales who are confident managing client relationships, identifying talent, and driving recruitment projects from start to finish.

The successful candidate will play an important role in delivering recruitment solutions, providing market insights to clients, and contributing to business development and team success.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment projects across multiple positions
• Partner with clients to understand their hiring requirements and recruitment needs
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Source, assess, and engage high-quality candidates through various channels
• Conduct candidate interviews and manage the recruitment process through placement
• Provide clients with market insights and hiring recommendations
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to business development
• Support team objectives and contribute to overall business growth

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in recruitment or consultative sales
• Proven experience managing recruitment processes and/or client relationships
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
• Confident English communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
• Strong client management and consultative skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented
