Senior Talent Acquisition & Jr HR Business Partner

About what you'll own
• The end-to-end recruitment process for business critical roles.
• Build proactive talent pipelines using creative sourcing strategies.
• Partner with hiring managers to hire high-impact talent.
• Analyze recruitment and HR KPIs (Time to Fill, Headcount, Hiring Quality, Early Attrition) and drive improvements.
• Lead Pre- onboarding, and support HR processes, and employee lifecycle activities.
• Improve recruitment processes through automation and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to employer branding and employee engagement initiatives.
 
What makes you a great fit
3–5 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition.
Experience recruiting for Last Mile Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Business roles.
Strong analytical mindset with experience using HR metrics.
Experience creating reports and dashboards.
Comfortable working in fast-changing environments.
B1–B2 English (interviews and some business conversations).
Medium- advanced Excel or Google Sheets.
Experience using ATS platforms. (Greenhouse or Lever)
