We are looking for a Supply Chain Executive (Warehouse & Transportation) to manage inventory accuracy, coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, and oversee 3PL/outsourced warehouse performance. This role ensures that stock is accurately tracked, warehouse operations run smoothly, and fulfillment standards are consistently met.

What you'll do:

• Logistics Coordination: Send Advanced Shipping Notices (ASN), verify incoming stock, monitor outbound orders to meet SLAs (especially during campaigns), and handle exceptions (returns, damages, claims).
• 3PL Management: Monitor 3PL KPIs (packing accuracy, speed), review/verify monthly service invoices, and escalate service quality issues with data-backed solutions.
• Inventory & Stock Control: Reconcile stock across systems (SAP, WMS, Fulfillment) for 100% accuracy, monitor safety stock/slow-moving inventory, and lead cycle counts.
• Reporting & Optimization: Prepare logistics performance reports, identify workflow inefficiencies, and support SOP updates.

What you'll need:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or 3PL coordination.
• Experience with WMS, ERP/SAP, or inventory systems is required.
• Familiarity with e-commerce fulfillment operations is a strong advantage.
• Strong numerical accuracy and reconciliation skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly with warehouse partners and internal teams.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with operational data on a daily basis.
