Senior Supervisor, Electric Distribution Construction and/or Maintenance - TJC

Primary Purpose
Supervises crews and resources to deliver electric distribution projects on schedule and within standards. Ensures compliance with safety and regulatory requirements while fostering operational excellence.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Leads coordination during planned outages to minimize customer impact and ensure efficient, safe work completion.
• Plans and prioritizes capital and maintenance projects to align with company goals and budget constraints.
• Serves as an on-site technical liaison with project contractors, providing technical guidance during field operations.
• Leads infrastructure condition assessments to prioritize replacement and reinforcement based on asset health and criticality.
• Advises capital planning teams by providing insights on distribution system needs for long-term investment and modernization plans.
• Communicates with contractors and local agencies to manage third-party impacts on utility infrastructure during roadwork or access activities.
• Manages material procurement and logistics to support scheduled and emergency electric distribution projects.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Frequent, independent driving to meetings, company locations, field locations and/or active incidents sites while maintaining a focus on safety and compliance with traffic laws is essential to this position and cannot reasonably be accomplished via alternative transportation.
