  • Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, and engineers to resolve issues and keep the project on track.

  • Maintain project schedules, ensuring all milestones are met and delays are minimized.

  • Conduct regular on-site inspections to ensure quality control, compliance with codes, and safety regulations.

  • Act as the main point of contact on-site, ensuring effective communication between all stakeholders.

  • Manage the daily logistics of the construction site, including materials delivery, equipment, and personnel.

Requirements

  • Experience: At least 10 years of experience in construction supervision, with a proven track record of leading large-scale, complex projects. Prior experience in podium construction or similar mixed-use/commercial projects is highly preferred.

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

  • Certifications: OSHA 30-Hour Certification is required. Additional certifications, such as LEED, are a plus.

  • Skills:

    • Strong leadership and organizational skills.

    • In-depth knowledge of construction processes, quality control, and safety standards.

    • Ability to manage multiple subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders efficiently.

    • Proven problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing conditions.

    • Proficiency in project management software (Procore, Buildertrend, etc.).

Benefits

  • Competitive salary ranging from $170,000 - $180,000 annually.

  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.

  • 401(k) with company match.

  • Paid time off (PTO) and holidays.
