Senior Strategic Sourcing Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Manages the supplier base to ensure security of supply, compliance to quality and regulatory requirements, and continuous improvement on service, costs, OWC, and sustainability
• Continuously identifies, assesses, and monitors risks (quality, security of supply, business impact) in the area of procurement and translate these into mitigating sourcing actions
• Leads Sourcing initiatives related to Innovation and Large Operational Projects (and Running Business if needed) in order to support business growth and create value through procurement
• Contributes to the definition and implementation of the unit’s Annual Procurement Plan

You Bring:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree or equivalent experience in Commerce/Procurement, Business Administration, and/or Supply Chain Management.
• > 10 years’ experience in Sourcing and Purchasing roles in various business-to-business environments.
• Experience in the Medical Device industry.
• Experience with project management.
• Proven track record in strategic sourcing and supplier consolidation.
• Basic SAP knowledge and skills.
