The US base salary range for this full-time position is $300,000-$334,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Translate ambiguous, open-ended business priorities into structured and executable programs. Excel at managing multiple, time-sensitive projects concurrently.
  • Guide critical programs, driving progress from conception to delivery. Identify and mitigate risks, implementing solutions to keep projects on velocity.
  • Forge close partnerships with program manager and engineering leads to defining product strategy and ensuring precise execution.
  • Navigate and resolve complex dependencies across workstreams, functions, and organizations.
  • Deliver clear, consistent updates on progress, risks, and plans to executive leadership. Guide cross-functional teams in identifying, prioritizing, and tracking tasks to meet key deadlines.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in a technical program management role.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience working with large language models, genAI evaluation, AI tools, or multimodal machine learning
  • Experience in implementing process improvement methodologies to drive efficiency and scale across multiple teams.
  • Experience in hardware and software development life-cycles, metric definition and executive presentation, and technical program management.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to translate business objectives into initiatives and execute on them.
