Team Introduction:
We are an agile, cross-functional team leveraging the company-wide data platform infrastructure to explore the integration of large language models (LLMs) with data products. Our mission is to innovate next-generation solutions for data querying and analytics—covering key scenarios such as A/B testing and BI dashboards—by harnessing LLMs and peripheral technologies. Ultimately, we aim to deliver end-to-end solutions that rival the capabilities of human engineers and analysts.
As a member of our team, you are expected to:
1. Actively contribute to the development and iteration of intelligent data products.
2. Continuously analyze user feedback, build business insights, and apply technical expertise to identify and resolve issues.
3. Closely monitor, learn, and adopt cutting-edge industry technologies.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Familiarity with data products, including foundational knowledge of data production, querying, and analytics, as well as related ecosystems.
2. Solid understanding of concepts and technologies in LLM application development (e.g., prompt engineering, knowledge retrieval, agentic systems, benchmarking); hands-on experience is a strong plus.
3. Proficiency in Python and other programming languages, with strong coding skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in data product development or domain-specific data analysis.
2. In-depth understanding and hands-on experience in areas such as LLM fundamentals, fine-tuning, evaluation, and application ecosystems.
