Senior Staff Engineer Test Hardware Technology

Drive the development and qualification of innovative ATE test hardware technologies, enabling seamless IC test integration.

Job Description
In your new role you will:

• Develop and qualify innovative ATE test boards and interconnection technologies.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
• Lead complex hardware debugging and systematic problem-solving efforts.
• Verify PCB designs to ensure functionality, quality, and reliability.
• Apply expertise in mixed signal electronics, test cell mechanics, and soldering.
• Ensure seamless integration between product development and test production.
• Contribute to cross-functional teams to tackle advanced hardware challenges.

Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Master Degree in Engineering with more than 8 years experience in Semiconductor testing and familiar with Digital, Power & Mixed Signal Automated Test Equipment (ATE)
• Knowledgeable in developing device interface board for wafer- and back end test and have a strong understanding of schematic diagrams and electronic components.
• Experience developing production test solutions for mixed signal ICs using automated test equipment (ATE) such as V93K, microFLEX, UltraFlex,ETS-88, ETS800
• Strong understanding of electronic engineering principles in areas including analog and digital circuits, power devices, and high-speed signal integrity
• Strong understanding of semiconductor test production process and ability to drive test improvement tasks (yield, test time)
• Hands-on experience making electrical measurements using oscilloscopes and other laboratory equipment.
• Skilled in tools for production and quality control, issue resolution, and continuous improvement, such FMEA, DOE, 8D, SPC, SixSigma, and other Lean concepts
• Strong multitasking and prioritization skills, and effective in defining and meeting ambitious to stretched goals.
• Show strong verbal, written communication, reporting, and presentation skills.
• Experience with with PCB design and mechanical CAD tooling
• Remarkable presentation skills which enable you to master the alignment across internal and external contacts in a multicultural and international environment.
• Excellent English skills.
