Job Description
In your new role you will:

• Development of freewheeling diode technologies on 200mm wafers for industrial applications
• Work in a project team with team members from European sites
• Plan, design, perform and evaluate process experiments (including DoEs)
• Be responsible for the definition of unit process requirements
• Coordinate frontend processing of development lots (including generation of split plans, trial routes, etc.)
• Be responsible for the process flow definition (process of records) and the implementation of new technology concepts in production
• Develop new process control structures and test structures for electrical characterization
• Coordinate physical analyses
• Be responsible for the analysis of electrical test data
• Conduct active technical risk management
• Create intellectual property
• Be responsible for project management subtasks

Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Bachelor/Master/PhD Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Physics/Material Science/Chemistry
• Minimum 7-9 Year of working experience in FE related Semiconductor industry,
• 3-5 years in FE-technology development.
• Experience in research publication and IP generation
• Deep understanding in semi conductor physics and process integration
• Understanding of high currents , high voltages and electrical circuits
• Basic understanding of process simulation desirable
