Drive yield improvement for automotive SoCs, analyzing data, resolving issues, collaborating cross-functionally, and managing yield roadmaps.

Job Description
In your new role you will:
  • Lead and drive yield improvement efforts for new automotive SoC products from wafer sort to back-end testing.
  • Collaborate with design, process, reliability, and test teams to identify root causes and resolve yield, stability, and quality issues.
  • Analyze yield data from wafer sort, final test, and reliability sources to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Develop and manage yield roadmaps, dashboards, and reports to monitor performance and share insights with stakeholders.
  • Provide actionable insights and updates on yield status during product development milestone reviews.
  • Ensure continuous improvement in product yield, aligning with quality and stability requirements.
  • Drive cross-functional problem-solving to meet yield targets and enhance product reliability.
  • Act as a key interface between engineering and manufacturing teams for yield optimization.


Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s in Electrical & Electronic Engineering with 7+ years of relevant experience.
  • Expertise in FEOL/BEOL process technology, fab parametric test correlation, and memory cell/array characterization.
  • Knowledge of semiconductor test flows, ATE concepts, and yield detractor root cause analysis.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams; people development experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with automotive SoCs, yield analysis tools (e.g., PDF Exensio, Silicon.DA), and AI/ML applications.
  • Independent, resourceful, proactive, with strong stakeholder management and fluent English.
  • Candidates with a consumer applications background will also be considered.
