Senior Staff Engineer Field Application Engineering

Our Field Application Engineers are the bridge between our Infineon products and their application in our customers' products. This requires in-depth knowledge of the product: You are familiar with all of the details from development to testing through to the sales strategy. You must have excellent communication skills as you will have direct contact with customers.

Job Description
In your new role you will:

• To promote Infineon DCDC and protection products (controller, driver IC, power devices… etc.) and get the design win of customers’ projects.
• Co-work with Infineon internal colleagues to identify customers' demands and provide technical support for Infineon solutions.
• Solve issues of customers’ designs and build up the good reputation of Infineon.
• Analyze and debug analog/digital communication protocol of Infineon’s onboard power solutions.
• Deploy Infineon DCDC and protection solution with ambitious targets
• Proactive to dig new functions and product definitions
• Establishing and maintaining customer relations

Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Bachelor/Master in Electrical/Electronics/Power Electronics from reputed Institutes
• Minimum 7 (Senior Staff) / 4 (Staff) years of experience in DC-DC multi-phase power design
• Knowledge of DCDC switch VR design, evaluation, and testing on PC/Server/Switch/Telecom motherboards.
• Good understanding of Server DCDC power application structure, and technology trend
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English
