Senior Staff Engineer Equipment Engineering Test

Own the Productivity and quality KPI and lead improvement projects to meet the high performance target in OEE, Yield and throughput of the Equipment; aligning maintenance strategies with operational target., while ensuring strict adherence to quality requirement.

Job Description
In your new role you will:

• Lead and mentor maintenance technician groups to execute equipment maintenance timely and comprehensively.
• Ensure availability of machine critical parts and tooling parts to support production which will impacted the OEE and delivery.
• Maintenance: Manage Test equipment maintenance systematic, actual maintenance activities and the maintenance personnel in order to achieve best equipment efficiency and maintenance cost.
• Establish and/or modify setup, conversion and troubleshooting guideline to ensure all equipment have reliable machine uptime.
• Investigate and implement countermeasures to prevent repetitive breakdowns.
• Coordination of all Safety, Health and Environment activities including OSHAS 18000 and EMS ISO14000 Audits.

Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical, Material Science, Physics or equivalent.
• Preferably more than 5 years of working experience in the electronics or semiconductor manufacturing industry.
• A fundamental knowledge of the semiconductor processes in relevant.
• Assertiveness, intercultural as well as strong leadership skills and independent working method.
• Coach and supervise technical specialists/technicians by assigning tasks and checking work at frequent intervals.
• Good communications and interpersonal skills.
