Senior Staff Engineer Analog Layout (f/m/div)

We are in search of a talented and passionate individual to step into an expert role on Analog Layout within our new team. This position will be instrumental in shaping the growth and success of the team, offering the opportunity to contribute expertise and drive forward our commitment to advancing the semiconductor industry.

Job Description
As a Senior Staff Engineer for Analog Layout, you will be responsible for a team developing IC Layouts for leading mixed signal Integrated circuits for Memory Applications.

In your new role you will:

• Own all team tasks, including planning, effort estimation and mentoring and enforcing methodologies
• Lead the development of layout for memory arrays and related circuitry such as X-decoders, Y-decoders
• Lead and be a key contributor to the development of layout for memory supporting analog and custom blocks such as charge pumps, regulators, sense-amplifiers, band-gap, temperature detectors and more
• Provide options for Power supplies plan and lead the decision for the optimized choice
• Work with your team to consider, advise and mentor on boundary conditions related to matching, wire-sizing, parasitics, high-voltage and low voltage design rules, etc.
• Lead and manage Physical verification (LVS, DRC checks), solving with your team complex topics when evolve
• Lead the interface with memory/technology team on DRC/LVS topics, memory architecture and special rules
• Use state of the art CAD tools offering support in advanced techniques to optimize performance of layout development
• Mentor and manage the layout engineering team

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• University Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar field. Master’s degree is an advantage
• Advanced knowledge in electronics or semi-conductor technology, layout of analog, mixed-signal IC circuits
• At least 6 years of experience in semiconductor industry
• Experience with team leadership
• Advanced knowledge with electronics and UNIX/LINUX environment
• Great Skills acquired by previous usage of various CAD tools (e.g. L-Edit, VirtuosoXL, Virtuoso Layout Editor, Orcad, Allegro, Protel, CADSTAR, P-CAD, Mentor Graphics)
• Fluency in English
