About the opportunity

Fantastic opportunity to become a rural generalist senior Speech Pathologist at Mercy Care Centre, Young, NSW (MCCY). MCCY is a publicly funded rural hospital and community service. Our Speech Pathologist provides care to a varied adult caseload, across inpatients and outpatients.

What you’ll bring

To thrive in this role, you will have: 

• Previous hospital-based adult experience is preferable 

• Be an advocate for the speech therapy profession, excellent clinical, time management, organisational and communication skills and have a positive approach. 

You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining: 

• SPA Registration and Certified Practising Speech Pathologist (CPSP) status; a current Police Record Check and NSW Working with Children Check. 

• Unrestricted Australian driver's license 

• Vaccination status consistent with NSW Health requirements
