Job Description
In your new role you will:

• Responsible of Total Talent Acquisition Strategy in line with the development of talent pipeline
• Responsible for full cycle of recruiting activities for all levels of employees including job posting, sourcing, screening, offering and on-boarding
• Act as a strategic partner for your hiring managers and enable hiring the best fit for the open positions
• Key users of all recruitment system such as Eightfold, ATS and SAP
• Proficient brand marketing and negotiation skills (e.g., drive efforts to finding solutions that can generate a win-win outcome).
• Proficient interviewing skills (e.g., competence-based interviewing, aptitude diagnostics).
• Basic analytical mindset, being able to make sense of numbers and data provided, being able to consult other stakeholders
• Responsible for all expatriates related issues including new application and renewal etc.
• Experience in Finance, Technical Experts and Production Executive recruitment locally or regional
• Must be able to work in Penang site location

Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Preferably with 3-5 years experience as a full cycle recruiter in a multi-national manufacturing company
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor/College Degree
• Experience in expatriate employment and hiring of IDL and technical/experts
• Self motivated and aggressive with the ability to work independently
• Possess a good working attitude and strong command of English language
